From the ground up we hold ourselves accountable
The values of the elite is where excellence is achieved
Ignition Medical Training has a deep rooted history with some of our UK's most elite military and NHS organisations. These units arent elite by chance. They are elite through attitude, actions and constant evolution. We have embraced these characteristics into how we operate at Ignition Medical Training
Core Values
Professionalism
Delivering with exceptional competence, discipline and commitment to the highest standards in everything we do

In the dark or when eyes aren't looking corners are often cut. At IMT we shine the torch on ourselves to remain true.
Humility

pride
We take pride in our people, our achievments and the services we deliver. Our reputation for excellence is earned through commitment, ownership and standards
“In the fields of observation chance favours only the prepared mind.”
Louis Pasteur
The power of our faculty
Take control of your own learning. Never assume the quality is guaranteed
The right person for the job
In healthcare education, expertise should never be assumed. Often the minimum standard set to deliver a course is low, requiring little experience and currency in the subject being delivered. Our faculty are different. Selected for both their teaching ability and professional credibility, they bring current frontline knowledge, practical insight, and evidence-based practice to every programme, ensuring learners receive training that is accurate, relevant, and trusted when it counts.
Clinical titles alone do not guarantee subject matter experts. Our faculty are selected not only for their qualifications, but for their current and relevant professional experience. By matching instructors to their specific area of practice, we ensure training is delivered by those with genuine operational insight, credibility, and specialist knowledge to pass on thse golden nuggets that make all the difference when the time comes.
It is not uncommon to find our faculty members involved in educational pathways such as the Diploma in Immediate Medical Care, The Intercollegiate Board for Training in Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine, Prehospital Trauma Life Support and overseas Short Term Training Teams in complex geopolitical locations.
